Lucie (Ing. Klostermannová) is the Director of Client Care, where she coordinates the client service team, the sales team, and the attorneys.
As Director of Client Care, Lucie is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client services and providing effective support to the legal team. She ensures that communication with clients is professional, clear, and timely, and that every request follows a clear process and yields a clear outcome.

She values a proactive approach, responsibility, and consistency. She believes that quality client care is not just about communication, but also about trust, the continuity of individual steps, and the ability to see things through to the end.
Lucie has 10 years of experience in a managerial role. Before joining Dostupný advokát, she gained experience in the hospitality and customer service industries, including as a guest relations manager. She studied hospitality, tourism, and marketing, followed by a degree in hospitality and spa management at the Hotel Management School in Prague. Thanks to her experience in administration and managing other tasks, she has a knack for precise organization and clearly defined processes.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and her hobbies include rock climbing and ski mountaineering in the winter.
