  2. The “Proposal for entry + contract” option is a comprehensive solution for those who need to register a new right in rem in the cadastre. For example, someone who has agreed with a neighbour on a easement and needs to “put the agreement on paper”. The service thus includes not only the proposal itself, but also the contract that establishes the new right – e.g. a easement.
