Once you contact us, it may still take approximately 1 business day for us to determine the circumstances of the problem. You will then receive your money back into your bank account within 7 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the service, we will refund the amount of the service less any administrative costs we have incurred in providing the service.
You can pay us for this legal service at the end – for example, after we have drawn up a contract for you or done what we say in the description of this service. We take some risk, so we will add a 10% fee to the final price.
