Once you contact us, it may still take approximately 1 business day for us to determine the circumstances of the problem. You will then receive your money back into your bank account within 7 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the service, we will refund the amount of the service less any administrative costs we have incurred in providing the service.
