She handles inquiries by phone and email, assists with scheduling, administrative tasks, and practical matters such as helping clients with documentation. She serves as a key link between clients and attorneys, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, clearly, and without unnecessary complications.
She brings to her work many years of experience from the real estate sector, where she worked for more than ten years, including as a department head. There, she handled daily communication with clients, government agencies, attorneys, and banks, organized the team’s work, and prepared documents and materials for contracts. As a result, she now possesses excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle even complex situations with calm and perspective.
Veronika is naturally communicative, empathetic, and reliable. At work, she values fair treatment and good team relationships, as she believes that a pleasant work environment directly reflects in the quality of services provided to clients.
In her free time, she focuses primarily on her family. She has two sons who play soccer actively, so she spends much of her free time at the soccer field. She also enjoys snowboarding and relaxing at her cabin.
