You will be contacted by one of our attorneys specialising in pensions. He will discuss your situation with you and ask you for the necessary documents – for example, the decision of the Social Security Agency, the pension assessment or your work and insurance history.

Once he or she has all the necessary information, he or she will conduct a legal analysis and suggest the most appropriate course of action – for example, how to properly file an appeal, what to add to the application, or how to prove missing periods of insurance. They will also give you an indication of the cost of any follow-up legal assistance.
