We currently have more than 80 service options and approximately 700 texts on our blog and other parts of the website. That’s a lot of information, which may not always be easy to find your way around, read and choose the right solution or valid advice for your particular situation, especially if you are a legal layman. We have therefore thought about how to make the information as accessible as possible to users. On the website, we naturally use full-text search, the best possible information architecture, categories, tags and other elements that allow us to link related content and thus lead the user to the right place. Yet this is not always an easy task, for example when you are in a hurry..
Of course, using one of the AIs available on the market today for this task came to mind right away, but it was only after several attempts that we came up with a concept for a technology we call AIDA (which stands for “AI and the Accessible Advocate”). AIDA is actually a “smart responder” built on top of ChatGPT4 and our website content. The user will see it in several places on our site, where they are deciding where to go next, or wondering if they want to order the right service.
A query can be inserted into AIDA in plain language, the way you are used to interacting with AI technologies, or the way users ask us over the phone, “How do I get my purchase contract checked?”
“For a simple demonstration of the technology we have prepared a simplified version of AIDA on the domain https://ai.dostupnyadvokat.cz. Try it out and write to us,” says Jirka Chomát.
AIDA will give the user a short answer in a common language and offer the user a link to a service that will solve their problem, as well as several articles that are related to the topic and could help the user further understand the problem. Of course, not always a query can be answered or has an objective legal solution, but we have a rescue answer for these situations as well, with a link to our contact details.
At the moment, the technology is quite freshly deployed on our website in test mode and we will monitor how users use it, what questions they ask and how they handle the response from our AI. Technically, the service runs on our servers on Node.js, React, PosgtreSQL and ChatGPT4 technologies, which returns a verbal response and searches our data and text for the right answer and service for the user.
Questions about the technology can be directed to Jirka Chomát and his email jiri.chomat@dostupnyadvokat.cz.
