Affordable Advocate has a new website and services

The change of the website is noticeable at first glance. We have stripped the site of its original graphics and the legal genie motif and instead have added more detailed profiles of our attorneys, giving our site a new look. However, this is just the outward manifestation of a major internal transformation that is still underway. As of today, the site has been abandoned for almost two months, we are primarily finalizing new transactional emails that didn’t fit into the site redesign itself, and we have other ideas up our sleeve for improvements that we will implement over time.

“We realised that we had to focus even more on the specific needs of our clients on the one hand, and on the other hand we had to humanise and simplify our service,” says Ondřej Preuss.

We have enough positive feedback on the website, but we are convinced of the correctness of individual changes mainly by the interest of clients, which is growing by tens of percent. Our goal is to create the best online legal service that removes the need for users to physically contact a lawyer, and this was the most significant step we have taken in the history of the project.

The transformation also consists in simplifying the client’s access to the legal service. In fact, our team is now ready to answer virtually any query with “three clicks”. If none of our pre-determined packages or popular tasks match a client’s idea, they simply choose a bespoke Solution offering and we build a service to suit their exact needs. The client first discusses their brief with an experienced solicitor who then prepares a bespoke solution, whether it is litigation or drafting a contract.

We have also introduced, for most services, the option to defer payment until after completion of the assignment. This is to deepen confidence in our services to stand up to the demanding requirements of our clients. Indeed, we guarantee our clients that if they are truly dissatisfied, we will refund their fees.

We have also been careful to make our service transparent during the order processing process, so the client is better informed about the stage of their order and the next steps. We have also worked on delivery times. Here our attorneys have done a great job and we manage to be faster than we guarantee to our clients – we provide most services within the next day.

We are also working on feedback and improving other parts of our service. If someone wants to improve, they throw themselves into endless work. So we would be happy for any feedback.
