Some employers do not specify the amount of wages in the employment contract, but in the so-called wage assessment. As Ondřej Preuss, an expert in employment law and founder of the website DostupnyAdvokat.cz, points out, however, the negatives of the wage assessment prevail, and one of them is crucial.
"The employee must be able and willing to work effectively with his or her time to complete and submit the work assignment on time. It should not be, for example, a person with regular states of procrastination which he is unable to suppress. The employer then has to manage and control such an employee despite the fact that he has very limited supervision over him," says Ondřej Preus, the founder of the portal DostupnyAdvokat.cz.
The Constitutional Court has dealt with the concealment of witnesses' identities in the past. As Ondřej Preuss, the founder of the service DostupnyAdvokat.cz, recalls, the judiciary was then measuring two values. "On one side was the protection of the witness, but on the other side was the right of the accused to a fair trial," he says.

The argument of Czech Interior Minister Vít Rakušan (STAN) that the decree, according to which operators would be obliged to keep information about who has visited which websites, has been discussed only professionally, falls short.
Subtenants are at a legal disadvantage compared to tenants. "The main difference between a tenant and a subtenant lies in their legal status and relationship to the owner of the apartment," explains JUDr. Ondřej Preuss of dostupnyadvokat.cz.
"If the value of the stolen goods does not exceed CZK 10 000, it is an offence against property, which is dealt with by the municipal authority or the police. The thief can be fined up to CZK 50 000," says JUDr. Ondřej Preuss.

"There is no clear answer, it depends on the number of hours, duration and expected earnings. Each agreement has its pros and cons," says JUDr. Preuss.
