Online marketing is pushing us to use more and more photos or images. We are not always able to create our own, which is why many entrepreneurs and marketers download images from the internet. What to watch out for when doing this? How to indicate the source or the name of the author? What about sharing photos on social media?

Simply indicating the author or the source of the photograph does not limit liability for infringement of the author’s rights. For some works, however, this may be a contractual obligation and it is therefore necessary to provide this information. More information in our video.

The interview was made possible thanks to our cooperation with the server Mladý podnikatel, to whom we would like to thank very much.
