The 2025 salary scales remain an important tool for determining the level of remuneration for public sector employees. Although there has not been an across-the-board increase, some professions have seen changes – notably teachers and health professionals. Salary calculations are always based on the classification in a particular grade and step according to the difficulty of the work and the length of experience. If you are not sure which table you fall into, we recommend contacting your employer or the HR department.
