Articles of Association – are the basic document of some legal entities (e.g., HOAs or housing cooperatives). They contain information about the person (name, registered office, etc.) and also the basic organizational structure. They answer the question of who acts for the legal entity, who creates its will and what are the rights and obligations of the members.
