Agreement on termination of employment

A termination agreement is the simplest way to end an employment relationship. The employment relationship ends by agreement with the consent of both parties to the employment relationship, i.e. the employee and the employer. The employment relationship ends on the date agreed in the agreement. Termination of employment by agreement is not subject to any restrictions, such as termination by notice given by the employer.
