The Švarc system or Švarcsystem is a system of economic activity in which persons performing normal activities for an entrepreneur in a dependent relationship are not his employees, but formally act as independent entrepreneurs (self-employed persons, usually sole traders). The system is named after the entrepreneur Miroslav Švarc, who started this type of business in 1990.
