The fastest way to obtain an extract from the Commercial Register is online via Justice.cz, where you can view both a current and a complete extract for a company free of charge. For a routine check of a business partner, an informative online extract is usually sufficient. However, if you need the extract for a bank, government agency, tender, or other official purpose, you’ll need a certified extract—which you can obtain at a Czech POINT, from the registry court, or in electronic form with verification elements.
