Notice period

Upon termination of employment, the employment relationship will end at the end of the notice period. The notice period must be the same for both the employer and the employee and is at least 2 months. The notice period shall begin on the first day of the calendar month following the delivery of the notice and shall end on the last day of the calendar month concerned, except for the exceptions provided for in the Labour Code.
