An expert report is one of the possible evidence, especially in judicial and sometimes also in administrative proceedings, the purpose of which is to obtain information that is relevant to the proceedings and which depends on expert knowledge. For the purpose of providing our services, an expert report is used to prove the “ascertained value” of a property.
