In mid-March, we launched a special free service in the Accessible Advocate for all those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, providing one-to-one consultations on the most pressing issues. We made full use of our unique e-commerce platform-based system linking a person in a difficult situation with an advocate who is willing to provide a no-cost consultation. Almost 200 clients have used the service and 7 external lawyers have been involved, to whom we are very grateful.
